Information you provide

When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details, property address, service preferences, and notes you enter. Commercial requests may include company details and property requirements. We use this information to review your request, contact you, and arrange service.

Service providers and browser storage

The estimate form sends your request to our LeadConnector service for handling inquiries. The website also saves submitted requests in your browser’s local storage so it can display your request history. Clearing this website’s browser storage removes that local copy but does not remove an inquiry already delivered to us. Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes website requests to deliver and operate the site.

Optional Google Analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, estimate starts, successful estimate deliveries, and phone-link clicks. Google may process browser and device information, cookie identifiers, and information about your use of the website. Our tracking events include service and property categories; we do not send your form name, email, phone number, address, or notes to Analytics. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call occurred.

Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can change that choice through Cookie settings in the footer. Declining does not prevent you from requesting service. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this integration. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Your choices and questions

Your browser can clear or block cookies and local storage. Withdrawing analytics permission stops future analytics collection by this integration; it does not automatically delete data already collected.
